[Buildbot-devel] Bonsai Filter by E-Mail patch

This is a patch that adds support for filtering Bonsai queries by e-mail address.

It adds the 'changers' parameter to BonsaiPoller. If it is not specified the
BonsaiPoller with submit changes made by anybody. If it is specified only
changes by those in the list of e-mail addresses given will be submitted.


This patch also fixes a small revision bug in BonsaiParser.
