Yeah, I know what you mean.

For now, I've added the buildmaster's home timezone to the waterfall display.
I'd be happy to accept a patch that looks for a "?TZNAME=foo" parameter on
the URL and uses it to convert timestamps into a different zone than
localtime.. that parameter would be handled similarly to the current 'show'
and 'phase' arguments, in WaterfallStatusResource.body .
