No, the .tap files are meant to be reactor-agnostic. Adding the argument to
twistd is the correct place to do it.

That one is beyond my experience.. any other Windows users here? I'll also
forward the question on to the guy who runs the w32 slave for the Twisted
buildbot, he's probably had to deal with the same problems.
