With 0.6.1 I think that - once you have buildbot installed, mktap.bat
fixed and your PATH variable altered to include the Python\Scripts
folder, it's the same process to create a new slave as on UNIX.

(I say "I think" because I haven't been able to test it yet, but based
on my previous experiences and the fixes made since then, that's it.
I'll see if I can test it later today.)
