 Hello there,

 I followed the upgrading to nine document, and I found out that buildbot-
 www is needed only by a RuntimeError, which is fair enough, but other
 plugin buildbot-waterfall-view only through a minor comment that I had
 overlooked, and buildbot-console-view only through a RuntimeError, where I
 had to guess.

 I suggest you mention something like "If you upgrade from PyPI, you need
 to install these plugins to achieve the full 0.8.x functionality:
 buildbot-www buildbot-waterfall-view buildbot-console-view
