 - Python 2.6 does not receive any security update since October 29, 2013.
 - We have a number of PR which fails because of 2.6 compatibility issues

 - twisted and autobahn do not support 2.6 anymore, so we need to do hacks
 in order to use older version of those to have buildbot continue working
 on 2.6

 - How many people are really interrested in running buildbot nine with
 python 2.6?
