 Travis and AppVeyor fails in `eight` branch and we forbid to merge PRs
 with failing builds.

 As I see Travis fails due to some actual errors (either in tests or in the
 code), and AppVeyor fails because it has no meaningful configuration for
 testing.

 CircleCI succeeds, but actually it doesn't run any tests on eight.
