Comment:

 I don't think this is worth the memory footprint in the metabuildbot, and
 from the look of it, Travis only supports one version of MySQL and
 Postgresql per .travis.yml, without resorting to manually installing the
 individual version packages.

 I'm going to consider this won't-fix for now.
