[users at bb.net] How to filter data based on properties

I need to find and cancel a build request. For that, I'm trying to figure
out how to filter for a build request based on a property in the change
that triggered it. I know the association exists as the relevant properties
can be seen on the build request page of the frontend, but looking at the
js code doesn't get me far. How can I get the build request of interest
through the data API?
