Hi,

we discussed for Buildbot 2.0 dropping support for Python 2.7 in the
buildbot
master.

I have raised this ticket:

https://github.com/buildbot/buildbot/issues/4535

to discuss also in Buildbot 2.0 for dropping support for Python 3.4 in the
buildbot master.

So for Buildbot 2.0, I would suggest that the supported Python versions
would be:

buildbot master:    Python 3.5+
buildbot worker:    Python 2.7, Python 3.5+

Please follow the discussion in ticket 4535 and chime in if you have
any feedback to give.

Moving the buildbot master to Python 3.5+ will allow us
to use newer features of the Python language such as
the async/await keywords and type annotations.
