[users at bb.net] Long "buildbot reconfig" runtimes

Hey folks,

Is it normal for "buildbot reconfig" to take a long time?

I have ~140 builders and the same number of schedulers. My reconfigs take
around 75 seconds even when the master is otherwise idle.

Is there anything I can do to optimize this?

The master and workers are all docker containers sitting on 24 cpus and 94
gigs of RAM, so the hardware is somewhat beefy.
