[users at bb.net] Start ForceScheduler for multiple, selected Builders?

I'm using Buildbot version: 1.3.0 with a single master.

Is there a way to configure the buildbot so there's a web interface to 
force-build multiple Builders, or all Builders in a given Worker, or all 
Builders in all Workers?

Currently, my web interface shows a "user_forced" button on the 
/#/builders/:builderid web page for any selected Builder.

I recall that in an earlier version of my master.cfg, and with buildbot 
0.8xx, the web interface showed a similar "Force" button which, after 
clicking, would let the user select specific Builders or all Builders.  
How can I get that back?
