[users at bb.net] Monitor log for specific errors

Hi,
I am writing a custome step in which I need to monitor the stderr, if the
comand failed and the stderr indicates it's a known error, the step will
re-run the command again.

My question is, which function or class should I use to monitor? Should I
use LogLineObserver or collectStderr=True in makeRemoteShellCommand?
