[users at bb.net] Using interlocks in buildbot 0.8.14[no sig]

I tried to use an Interlock, to be more specific a Masterlock. Sadly I encountered an Import Error.

I just want to use the interlock like this: http://docs.buildbot.net/0.8.14/manual/cfg-interlocks.html

What are posiible Errors with my coding?
