[users at bb.net] Webpage not loading

I recently updated my buildbot version (I believe from 0.9.3 to 0.9.6 then
today to 0.9.7) now the webpage (myurl:8010) won't load, giving the
following error in the javascript console:

Uncaught Error: [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module app due
to:
Error: [$injector:unpr] Unknown provider: config

I've tried wiping out my python virtual environment and re-installing the
buildbot[bundle] but no luck. How do I go about fixing this?
