[users at bb.net] 0.9.6.. Why is the waterfall display so "tall"

The zoom is recorded for each user's browser in a cookie.

It is available here: http://buildbot.scons.org/#/settings (Scaling factor)

Unfortunatly the default is not configurable in the master.cfg even if this
would not be very difficult to implement.
