[users at bb.net] Need help testing BitbucketAuth and "team" privilege scope

Alternatively, does Buildbot really need to know if the user is member of a
team?
If not, or if it's optional, then perhaps either handle a failure calling
that endpoint, or add a flag  to require, or skip checking?
