[users at bb.net] can't "pip install buildbot-slave==0.8.14"

Thanks for the responses everybody.
I was using ActiveState python but I installed it as one user and tried to install buildbot-slave as another user. I removed that package and then installed the regular python.org package and buildbot-slave==0.8.14 as the same user and all is well.
