[users at bb.net] Force Scheduler names can't contain a space

I haven't investigated this deeply, but it seems that in the 0.9.0b7
release, if a Force Scheduler name contains a space, then the web UI shows
an empty form when you click the force scheduler button and neither the
cancel or submit buttons work.  Replacing the space with an underscore
fixes the problem for me.
