but on windows systems, `RemoveDirectory` doesn't actually run an
external command
(https://github.com/buildbot/buildbot/blob/master/worker/buildbot_worker/commands/fs.py#L86-L96)
to do the removal.

The code that does the actual deletion
(https://github.com/buildbot/buildbot/blob/master/worker/buildbot_worker/commands/utils.py#L47-L97)
does do a bit of logging on error (and sends tracebacks for unhandled
exceptions) so I suspect that this
is bit of logging is from a successful run.
