[users at bb.net] RuntimeError: could not find buildbot-www

Hello,
I am quite new to buildbot(in fact completely new) I recently downloaded
the latest from pypi https://pypi.python.org/pypi/buildbot/0.9.0b7 so I
believe I have the latest released version of buildbot. I am trying to get
it installed following the instructions of the documentation page
http://docs.buildbot.net/current/manual/installation.html
It's gone reasonably well until I did buildbot start which gave me the
error message below:



*File "C:\Python27\lib\site-packages\buildbot\www\service.py", line 138, in
setupSite        raise RuntimeError("could not find buildbot-www; is it
installed?")    exceptions.RuntimeError: could not find buildbot-www; is it
installed?*

I cannot see a www folder in my build master's directory.
What have I missed. Please Note I am running on Windows 7 and using python
2.7.10
