[users at bb.net] tags on builders page

I'm trying to filter the builders page by two tags but it seems to be OR'ing them together where I'd like it to AND instead. I've tried adding + to the beginning of the tag in the address bar but that doesn't work. Is this a bug? This is with nine beta6.
