Buildbot 2.10.2 and 3.0.0 have been released!

Please upgrade to 2.10.2 before upgrading to a 3.x release. 2.10.2 will
emit warnings for deprecated functionality which then can be addressed
incrementally. 3.0.0 removes a lot of deprecated functionality and using
it will result in hard configuration or runtime errors.
