Sorry then, this might not be the same issue.

Bitbucket cloud and bitbucket server are two entirely different
beasts, despite their marketing name, so they need completely
different hook implementation.

It is possible that they broke API for server as well, this wouldn't
be the first time.
You may want to create a new issue then, and we can look into it.
