I actually meant upgrade twisted *and* buildbot-worker -> 0.9+
Upgrading to py3 would make less sense if we are talking about testing
python2.7, which supports older setups than py3.
Trying to be clearer, this is the matrix of tests that we need to do
(Vladimir Rutsky started that, but didn't finish.
