Hello,

I am frequently seeing these DB Exceptions in my buildbot logs:

buildbot is using gitpoller which is fetching from a repository having
frequent commits.

The exception seems to be coming from: https://github.com/buildbot/
buildbot/blob/a647d8b11e21e3db11d5be83a1639594e05f5403/master/buildbot/db/
buildrequests.py#L239

However I don't see anything wrong in my buildbot setup. I tried with
buildbot 0.9.7 and 0.9.8. I am using postgresql.

Can anyone please suggest what might be wrong or how to debug it?
