Yeah, I think to the average engineer "release engineering" would not
immediately bring to mind testing. I think "build, test, and release"
covers those nicely.
I haven't heard back from ewongbb regarding his PR, so I'm going to try to
wrap things up today -- taking his PR into account -- and submit for Apress
review.
