>From my side I would like to push few minor PR that currently included
in my PR for 2340, but not related to 2340 bug:

1. First part of transition to flake8 (replace pyflakes+pep8 with
pyflake8, *without* removing "hush_pyflakes" in code).

2. Don't set colors in validate.sh if output is not TTY (e.g. for
running validate.sh in post-commit hook from GUI git application, like
git-gui).

I will push them soon.
