http://trac.buildbot.net/wiki/Development has some good guidelines on
getting started with that sort of thing.  Once you're logged into Trac you
should be able to assign the ticket to yourself, but don't worry too much
about that - at this point nobody else is working on it, and if someone
does start to work on it, then you and that person can collaborate and
review.
