[devel at bb.net] What's the right way to pass property with -p when use sendchage?

Hi Devs,

As title, I found it's very hard to find the right way to pass property
when I trigger change use buildbot sendchange command.

Can I pass parameter with -p multi times? The behavior is very strange, as
it will always use the old properly I am not  sure which time I send!

More info, I use buildbot with PostgreSQL.
