Bill mentioned he's willing to take the lead on putting together an
application to Mozilla's open-source program,

And he jumped right to two good questions:

1) How much do we want?
2) What will that produce?

What do you think?  I don't have good answers for these questions (and
I also want to stay out of this particular project since I'm a Mozilla
employee).
