[devel at bb.net] Trouble building www packages

I've been working on the 0.9.0b4 release, since I botched the 0.9.0b3
release (no wheels and broken tarballs/zips).  But I can't get the
www/* packages to build.  npm either hangs forever or errors out
(https://pastebin.mozilla.org/8849943).

>From other JS projects I've worked on, I suspect there's a very
specific version of Node, and maybe npm, required?  Is there something
we could do to detect the incorrect versions and bail out earlier?  I
suppose this means it's time for me to learn about nvm :)

Anyway, I've uploaded 0.9.0b4 for buildbot and buildbot-slave, but not
buildbot-www or the other views.
