[Buildbot-devel] First weekly irc meetings

[Dustin J. Mitchell]

We are going to start holding weekly meetings in IRC to share progress on
development, discuss important decisions, and handle any other business
that comes up.

These meetings will be held on Tuesdays in the regular #buildbot IRC
channel on freenode.  They will be at 16:00 UTC [1].  We will start on
Tuesday the 16th.  Anyone is welcome to participate!
