[Buildbot-devel] More services on Buildbot Infrastructure

I'd like to do a little cheerleading here.  Misha has been knocking
out sysadmin tasks left and right lately, and just last night moved
the metabuildbot from the aging, unmaintained Ubuntu host it's been
living on for years onto our new infrastructure:

Awesome work -- it's great to see our infrastructure developing, and
