Hi Buildbot devs --

We discussed the status of nine at the last Buildbot meeting, and it
seems things are stalling out, and we need to get it over the line.

Here's the list of remaining bugs in the 0.9.0 release:

We need to pare that down to the bare minimum necessary to ship a .0
release -- one that will work well for the majority of users.  So!

1. Please have a look at that list and help triage things into the
0.9.+ milestone

2. If you're awesome, grab a bug and make a patch for one!
