[Buildbot-devel] [Buildbot] #3327: buildbot 0.9b1 tries to build deleted branch?

Forgot to file this one when I brought up 0.9b1.  When I was deleting branches it triggered my builders to run.
I can see why someone might want this but this should be called out in the release notes & the migration notes updated: the vast majority of builders I would imagine don’t work with branch deletions.
