[Buildbot-devel] resource locking?

Looks like you want to share artifacts between build builder and test
builder.

It is not a good idea to use the build workdir from the test's.
What people do usually is indeed to upload the build artifacts in a storage
server.
In the end of the build, you can just scp the files to the storage server
