endpoint for
                /builds/n:buildid
                /builders/n:builderid/builds/n:number
             with arguments ResultSpec(**{'fields': None, 'limit': None,
'order': None, 'filters': [], 'offset': None}) and {'number': 12,
'builderid': 4}

I am getting it on a builder that kicks off other builders. The page does
not update. Even if one of the sub-builds has finished, it keeps showing
'waiting for available slave'.

Took me a while to realize sub-builds were being started as the UI is
misleading.
