Are you proxying buildbot behind nginx or such ? There is a setting
for nginx to disable caching that allow you to get live-update ...
Without this setting, nginx is caching the whole stuff, and delivering
it at once once the full payload is there. I believed it was in the
doc ... A quick search for 'nginx' doesn't shows anything though ...
