[Buildbot-devel] Weekly Activity Reports

For bug 2932, Sean Kelly wrote up a nice little script to summarize
weekly activity on the Buildbot project.  It comes out on Sunday
nights and goes to this list, so you should see the first copy on
Monday morning.

This should help us all stay informed about the newest changes to
Buildbot, and give some public credit to the folks contributing to the
software.

So please feel free to send pull requests if you have any ideas for improvement.
