Huh, a weekly activity report emailed to the list might be an easier
thing to get going than the ever-elusive highscores board

I'll see if I can spend a little time hacking such a thing together in
http://trac.buildbot.net/ticket/2932, but anyone else who wants to
hack on it is welcome!
