[Buildbot-devel] lazy logs a bit too lazy and que'ed requests not being processed

Hello,

   - Buildbot: 0.8.6

For a while I've been facing two quite annoying issues.

1) I can't seem to be able to access the logs (be them stdio, stderr,
custom logs) while the step is running (thus the log being produced). The
page just doesn't load, the browser's loading icon is all I can se. Upon
step's complition, I can open it.

2) From time to time, builds don't get processed by the master, even though
there are plenty of slaves potentially able to serve them. A master restart
fixes the issue.
Twisted.log doesn't say much, I just see akwnoledgments of new requests
being added (through  addChange call)
