[Buildbot-devel] Git changes won't trigger builders; no errors either.

Can't guarantee on the patch, since I am buried with work; but I can start a bug and if I can do it quickly, just grab it and attach the proposed patch.

Where do you file bugs? can you point me to the right file to look at?
