[Buildbot-devel] Use branches automatically? (GitPoller/Git)

I see, there is already an enhancement ticket:

The suggestion in the ticket fits in "ugliest hacks": Parse the
repositories for matching branches every night, write the list(s) to a
file, reload the master, which can in turn use the file.

Did somebody implement this already? If so, could you post the script
to this list, attach it to ticket #581, or send it to me, please?
