[Buildbot-devel] Cant create-master in branch nine

For Buildbot nine, you also need to install the 'www' directory with
`pip install -e www`. If you could update the wiki with that
information, that'd be great.
I don't know what you mean about self.app -- there is no such object
in Buildbot.
