[Buildbot-devel] Locks question

Hello there,

I am having questions about locks. I got the locks to work, single build
steps have to hold the "heavy" lock, and the slave can handle max 3 jobs.

So, now I see it has 3 builds blocking and waiting for the "heavy" lock,
and it won't do the builds that don't need it.

How can I achieve that a build is only started, when an exclusive lock is
held by the slave? And otherwise it should start builds that don't need
locks or use locks currently available.

PS: Saw the status hangout earlier today. Interesting stuff. To me of
course 0.9 is a mystery, but Ajaxy web interface would be cool indeed, and
the ability for builds to survive master restarts, would also be very nice.
