[Buildbot-devel] How to fix some links on 0.8.9

I have a related question, the url for the upload step points to the wrong
location, how do I fix that?  For instance,
http://www.coolprop.dreamhosters.com:8010/builders/Sphinx%20docs/builds/264,
the upload link should point to
http://www.coolprop.dreamhosters.com:8010/sphinx but instead it points to
http://www.coolprop.dreamhosters.com:8010/builders/Sphinx%20docs/builds/sphinx
