[Buildbot-devel] MasterShellCommand working directory

We could certainly set the cwd when launching the command, and that
would be better than the current situation (undefined, as Mikhail has
determined).

Ian, do you want to write a patch for that?  It would entail making
`self.path` default to something other than None (doesn't matter what,
really -- just be consistent about it).  Barring a patch, please do
file a bug at trac.buildbot.net.
