I *think* that setting updateSourceStamp=False in the Trigger will cause the
blame list to get passed through to the Triggerable - however this may cause
other problems depending on what else you're doing with your source stamps. E.g.
in our setup we set updateSourceStamp=False and then have a custom SVN class
that updates the revision another way... not sure if it's the best way to go
about it, but it works for us.
