Who is the package maintainer that install stuff system-widely in setup.py?

Those guys should be banned from pypi! ;-)


Sometimes, you are annoyed by build dependancies indeed.

I resolved this issue by using apt-get build-dep and finally manage to have
travis working for pytimechart which uses chaco, which uses.. basically a
lot of stuff.
